Access Log
Qpher Vault tracks every operation on your files — who viewed, decrypted, shared, signed, or exported them. This gives you full visibility into your document activity.
Document Access Log
View the access history for a specific document:
- Open the document detail page
- Tap the menu button (three dots)
- Select Access Log
You'll see a chronological list of all operations performed on this file:
Files Activity (Account Level)
View activity across all your files from the Account tab:
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Files Activity
This shows a unified timeline of all file operations across your vault.
Filter by Type
Use the filter bar to show specific operation types:
Available filters:

| All | Every operation |
| Encrypt | File encryption events |
| Decrypt | File view/decrypt events |
| Share | Share and export events |
| Sign | Digital signature events |
| Delete | File deletion events |
Logged Operations
Every operation is logged with the user's email, timestamp, and operation type:

|---|---|
document.encrypt | File was encrypted and uploaded |
document.decrypt | File was viewed/decrypted |
document.save_local | Decrypted file was saved to device |
document.save_copy | Shared file was saved as a copy |
document.share | File was shared with another user |
document.sign | Digital signature was applied |
document.export | Encrypted .qpher file was created |
document.import | .qpher file was imported |
document.delete | File was deleted |
Plan requirement
Access Log requires the Personal plan or higher. Explorer (free) users do not have access to activity history.
